How can I cancel my Virtual Office service?

You can cancel your Virtual Office subscription through your Customer Area, accessible via our website or the subscription confirmation email. The minimum contract period for the Virtual Office subscription is three months, so you can only cancel after this period.

Who is the Virtual Office service for?

Our virtual office services are designed for companies, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and remote workers who need a professional business address and various support services without the need for a physical office space.

Is it possible to register as a business owner in Portugal through this service, or do I need to reside in Portugal?

Yes, you can live anywhere in the world and still register as a sole trader in Portugal with the Tax Authority using our address.

How long do you keep the mail?

The mail you receive is stored for 30 days or 60 days depending on the plan.

Can I cancel the virtual office subscription?

Yes, our Virtual Office services are offered by subscription, and you can cancel them on your customer page or by requesting via email. By canceling the subscription, you can no longer use our address for your business.

Can I use a virtual office address as a professional/business address?

Yes, a person or a company/association/branch/brand can have a professional/business address in a virtual office. The ideal place to be your online business address.

Can I use a virtual office address as a home address/residence?

No, a person cannot have a tax address, tax residence, or tax domicile at a virtual office. The only permitted address is that of their usual place of residence.

How do I confirm my company's business address at Seaside Cowork?

When you subscribe to one of our packages, you will receive the respective business address by email. Once you register it with the Tax Authority, we will inform you of any validation mail they send to our address.

Can I use the virtual office address to identify my company on Google Maps or to advertise on Google My Business?

No.
An address associated to a virtual office service is not accepted by Google Maps/Bing Maps for georeferencing purposes on their maps or for publicising on Google My Business/Bing Places. These platforms want your operational address, i.e. the address where you carry out management acts or actually carry out your business.
Seaside Cowork does not authorise the use of its address in georeferencing on any type of map or in Google My Business, Bing Places or similar directories, which constitutes unlawful use of the virtual office service subject to penalties under the terms of the contract.
